About the role
This will be a 6 month traineeship within a leading global procurement organisation. At Reckitt, our Procurement Graduate Trainee Program is designed to accelerate your growth and empower you to make a real impact. As part of our global procurement team - an integral driver of business performance - you will contribute to shaping business strategies and influencing decisions that enable Reckitt’s brands to thrive. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams including Planning, Finance, Global Business Services as well as Suppliers to deliver value beyond cost, supporting initiatives that enhance Business Continuity, Capacity Expansion, Cost control, Sustainability and Innovation.
This 6 months traineeship will be fully focussed on Global Mould Management for Rigid Packaging. You will directly contribute to the global program to elevate the GMM capabilities and value to our business.
Your responsibilities
- Building global governance, RACI and organization for GMM
- Strategic Category Development – Supporting the creation and execution of the category and sourcing strategy for GMM aligned with current and future business needs
- Supplier Partnership with mould suppliers and regular interaction with Rigid Plastics suppliers to ensure their onboarding to the program
- Elevate Mould Management tool and ensure data accuracy and completeness improvements as well as supporting generation of dashboards and management information in collaboration with Procurement Excellence, IT and Suppliers
- Performance & Value Delivery – Contributing to improvements in total cost of ownership, track KPIs, and deliver measurable impact through continuous improvement and value creation.
- Throughout the program, you’ll be guided by experienced leaders and mentors, gaining hands-on experience while building relationships with key stakeholders. This is more than a traineeship, it’s a platform to shape the future of procurement and help deliver Reckitt’s ambition for growth and sustainability.

What we ask
- Availability for 6 months starting in early 17 August 2026.
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Procurement, Supply chain, Business, Engineering or related field. Master or MBA preferred.
- Ideally one or more years of work experience in a related field (not essential).
- Ability to work in a truly global organisation and fast-moving, result-driven environment.
- Fluent in English. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- You are eligible to live and work in the Netherlands, sponsorship is not available for these positions.
