In this role you will drive Net Revenue, Gross Margin, and Trade Investment outperformance through Revenue Growth Management by developing tools, processes, and consistent reporting across the Essential Home business. Your key priorities will be:
- analyse key financial metrics from Gross to Net in the P&L,
- provide insights on customer and trade spend efficiency,
- identify strategies to accelerate our Gross to Net Price conversion & expansion.”
You will own and execute performance reporting to support the operating model and ensure optimal sales systems and process to drive a high performing sales organisation
Your responsibilities
- Continued communication & development of the RGM Mindset / Capability building at scale within Essential Home Sales organization.
- Consistent and timely reporting of financial performance relating to RGM for the Essential Home Leadership Team, including identification of key opportunities & performance of specific initiatives (*e.g. Price Increase).
- Support Trade Marketing & Account Teams to recommend pricing actions based on Financials / Elasticities / Insights; as well as modifications to Promotion plans to improve ROI.
- Working with Global Trade Marketing & Global CDO teams to develop correct pack price architecture for our brands (e.g. slopes and inter-segment indices).
- Identifying process gaps and new scalable opportunities that improve our approach or step change our Gross to Net price conversion across markets e.g. coordinated pricing clusters across regions and/or customers.
- Analyze examples and best practice of controlled Gross to Net pricing that sustains volumes to consolidate learnings and controls that could be replicated across markets.
- Performance Reporting – ensure consistent accurate performance reports for the Essential Home business operating model, maintaining existing reports & developing additional to fit needs of the organization.
- Sales Systems – ensure sales systems and processes are optimal and efficient for the sales organization.
- Be seen as subject matter expert in accurately reporting net price per unit and as global expert on how to evolve net price by SKU/customer/channel.
The experience we're looking for
- 10+ years of Commercial experience and/or understanding of P&L principles, ideally with experience through previous roles of managing Gross to Net TI buckets.
- Experience of relaunching/resizing/reformatting products to deliver price differentiation between channels or markets.
- Highly numerate and analytical skills, including strong computer literacy skills (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Sales systems software experience).
- High levels of diligence, accuracy, and attention to detail and/or standard processes with strong analytical skills with ability to problem solve, and to translate opportunities into measurable implementation.
- Action-orientated, with a focused and pragmatic approach to problem solving.
- Results oriented, entrepreneurial, and self-motivating.
- Displays Essential Home core values of Achievement, Teamwork, Entrepreneurship and Commitment and collaboration across multi-country teams.
- Experience making LT level presentations & influencing through recommendations.
- Good interpersonal and time management skills. Must enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Confident interaction at all levels within the Essential Home organizations. English fluency.
