Sales
Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online. Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.
About the role
Wij zijn op zoek naar een Sales Key Account Executive om ons Salesteam bij Reckitt te versterken. In deze rol speel je een belangrijke rol bij het bepalen van retailerstrategieën, het opbouwen en uitbreiden van categoriekennis en het ondersteunen van de onderhandeling en uitvoering van retailerstrategieën.
De locatie van ons kantoor is Amsterdam Sloterdijk. We werken momenteel in een hybride model, waarbij minimaal drie dagen per week op kantoor wordt gewerkt.
Your responsibilities
- Ontwikkelen en implementeren van het jaarlijkse accountplan
- Managen van klantonderhandelingen in lijn met Reckitt’s commerciële strategie en de handelsvoorwaarden van de retailer
- Verantwoordelijk voor accountplanning en forecasting
- P&L-verantwoordelijkheid, inclusief het realiseren van targets op Net Revenue, Gross Margin, de 4P’s (Product, Placement, Price & Promotion) en Net Working Capital
- Intensieve samenwerking met Marketing en Trade Marketing om sales te maximaliseren, schappositie te optimaliseren en promotionele effectiviteit te verbeteren
- Analyseren van salesdata (bijv. Nielsen) om inzicht te geven in de prestaties van de 4P’s, met sterke focus op promoties en productlanceringen
- Cross-functioneel samenwerken met Supply Services om te zorgen voor een accurate forecast en voldoende voorraadbeschikbaarheid voor klanten
The experience we're looking for
- HBO- of WO-opleiding (Bachelor of Master)
- Stage- of starterservaring binnen Assistant Key Account Management en/of Sales
- Sterke analytische vaardigheden en aantoonbare interesse in data-analyse; in staat om inzichten te vertalen naar actie
- Uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatievaardigheden, inclusief presentatievaardigheden
- Goede kennis van Microsoft Office
- Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden
- Sterke interpersoonlijke vaardigheden en goed time management
- Vloeiend in zowel Nederlands als Engels
