We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

Wil je jouw commerciële carrière binnen FMCG een vliegende start geven?
Als Sales Trainee / Sales Analyst voor de Nederlandse markt binnen Essential Home krijg je de vrijheid om alles te leren over Key Account Management en je ideeën in de praktijk te brengen.
In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ondersteunen van de klantstrategie voor belangrijke klanten, waarbij je de groeiplannen uitvoert die gemaakt zijn door het Leadership Team. In deze rol binnen het Sales-team help je bij de uitvoering van de klant- en kanaalplannen. Sales bij Essential Home is een uitdagend en lonend carrièrepad, waarin je verantwoordelijk bent voor salesprognoses en -strategieën en in de rol van analyst help jij het verkoopvolume te maximaliseren en de targets te behalen.
In deze rol zul je:
- Interne en externe data analyseren om de 4P-status en executie te volgen op basis van Nielsen-data en interne financiële gegevens.
- De salesmanager en accountmanager ondersteunen bij het creëren en managen van de uitvoering van de jaarlijkse Joint Business Plans.
- Cross-functionele samenwerking coördineren met het logistieke team om te zorgen voor de juiste forecast en voorraadniveaus.
- Direct contact onderhouden met je counterparts aan retailerzijde om goede samenwerking te waarborgen.
- Op maat gemaakte promotionele activiteiten plannen en helpen zorgen voor een best-in-class uitvoering.
- Deel uitmaken van het volledige jaarlijkse ritme (annual drumbeat), waarmee je inzicht krijgt in de interne werking van FMCG-bedrijven en de retailmarkt.

Je ben doelgericht, hebt een sterke wil om te slagen en een pragmatische aanpak. Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma en tot 1 jaar werkervaring of stage-ervaring, bij voorkeur binnen de FMCG-sector.
Vloeiend Nederlands en Engels zijn beide verplicht.

Want to kick-start your commercial career within FMCG? As Sales Trainee/ Sales analyst for the NL market within Essential Home, you'll have the freedom to learn everything about Key Account Management and put your ideas into practice.
In this position, you'll have the accountability to support customer strategy for key national customers, driving and executing business growth plans as set by Leadership Team. Playing a key role in the Sales team, you oversee the achievement of customer and channel plan. Sales at Essential Home is challenging and rewarding career path, in which you will oversee sales forecasts and sales strategy, proposing and directing the execution of programs to maximize sales volume potential to achieve Targets.
In this role you will:
- Analyse internal and external data to track 4p status and executions based on Nielsen and internal financials.
- Support sales manager and account manager by creating and managing the execution of the yearly joint business plans.
- Coordinate cross functional collaboration with logistical team to ensure the right forecast and stock levels.
- Be in direct contact with your counterparts on retailer side to ensure good collaboration.
- Plan tailormade promotional activities and help ensure best in class execution.
- Be part of the full annual drumbeat that gives you insight in the inner working of FMCG companies and the retail market.

You have a bachelor's or master's degree and up to 1 year of professional or internship experience, in which you ideally have gained familiarity with the FMCG industry.
Dutch and English fluency are both mandatory requirements.
