About the role
Want to raise standards? As Senior IT Manager, Finance, HR, and Legal, you will lead the strategy, implementation, and optimization of enterprise applications supporting Finance, Human Resources, and Legal functions for Essential Home. The role offers a unique opportunity to establish a function from the ground up, creating solutions and roadmaps that will drive scalability and enable Essential Home’s business strategy.
You will oversee the design, maintenance, and operation of IT systems within the Finance, HR, and Legal domain, ensuring security, resilience, and scalability. With strong focus on bridging the gap between IT, finance, HR, and legal, driving innovation and streamline processes.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can drive this function end-to-end, from vision and strategy to implementation and governance. You thrive in a dynamic environment; you are pragmatic, love a challenge and and are action and result oriented.
Your responsibilities
Define the long term strategic needs for Finance, HR, and Legal for the Essential Home business
Develop and execute the IT roadmap for Finance, HR, and Legal systems, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Oversee the full lifecycle of Finance, HR, and Legal solutions, ensuring their availability, security, scalability, and performance.
Finance Systems Management:
Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of ERP Finance modules with strong focus on SAP S/4 HANA.
Ensure seamless integration between Finance systems, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Treasury platforms.
Support financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and compliance.
Implement automation and analytics for accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and financial close processes.
HR Systems & Digital Transformation:
Manage HRIS platforms (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors) ensuring efficient workforce management.
Oversee automation of payroll, benefits administration, performance management, learning & development, and talent acquisition.
Ensure compliance with HR regulations (GDRP, local labor laws, etc.).
Legal & Compliance Technology
Lead implementation and support for LegalTech solutions such as contract lifecycle management (CLM), case management, and compliance tools.
Collaborate with Legal teams to enhance data privacy, risk management, and regulatory compliance through IT solutions.
Build and lead a high-performing team of both internal and external talent, fostering a culture of agility, ownership and collaboration.
Provide mentorship, performance management, and skills development opportunities for team members.
Build excellent relationships with strategic partners and service providers to ensure co-investment, high quality service, while staying cost-effective.
Oversee budgeting, procurement, and resource allocation for Finance, HR, and Legal technology and services.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience building and leading high-performing teams, fostering collaboration, and driving results.
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
