Your responsibilities

- Lead the full recruitment cycle for a variety of roles, ensuring a pipeline of diverse and skilled talent.
- Adapt global attraction and engagement frameworks to resonate with local market nuances.
- Develop meaningful connections with potential candidates, maintaining a pulse on regional talent movements.
- Craft inventive approaches for engaging with the best talent, focusing on inclusivity.
- Champion our employer brand through targeted recruitment campaigns, enhancing Reckitt's recognition as an employer of choice.
- Organise and manage recruitment events, optimising early careers talent engagement.
- Promote an excellent candidate experience that reflects Reckitt's values and commitment

The experience we're looking for

Demonstrable expertise in sourcing and selecting high-caliber talent.
- A proven track record in candidate relationship management.
- Skilled in impactful communication across various stakeholder levels.
- Practical experience with recruitment systems and data-driven decision-making.
