SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for supporting Global Innovation for our Hair removal portfolio:
- Support the development and validation of key innovation initiatives.
- Supports GMM in projects and work closely with functional teams to deliver projects until IP.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
OVERALL:
- Works with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of innovation on time and to quality.
- Supports the CAP teams in the delivery of Innovation.
Innovation
- Supports the alignment of Innovation Priorities.
- Supports the setting of Product, Packaging, Claim, and Pricing Strategy for all innovation.
- Supports development of ECOM first projects.
- Supports Innovation Development and Stage-gate Approvals through to IP.
- Supports with ensuring sustainability fully embedded in all our innovations, sufficient to deliver category targets.
- Supports I&A Validation.
- Development of Master pack designs for EPDs and NPDs. Mandatory to come as a 4 languages compliant design.
Base Business Continuity
- Supports the drive for a Productivity pipeline on product and packaging (GM Enhancement programs) from ideation to implementation.
- Supports the maintenance of base formulations and claims with respect to changing regulations or guidelines.
ROLE FIT CRITERIA
1. Experience supporting projects or coordinating tasks
2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
3. Already a Band C or a minimum of 1.5-years in a Band D role
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE
· Marketing experience: Exposure to marketing or FMCG environment preferred; interest in innovation and willingness to learn.
· Ideal for someone early in their marketing career looking to gain experience in global brand coordination and innovation support
· Ability to leverage data and analytics to uncover trends and insights that guide strategic decisions
