About the role
- Build sustainable category development – strategy & pipeline - rooted in consumer insights
- Closely work with local JV partner to understand business requirement, facilitate efficient local innovation process to drive agility and speed-to-market opportunities.

Your responsibilities
- Innovation & Category Growth management
- Develop a robust category growth strategy with consumer 1st approach for Reckitt VMS .
- Lead & Own design-for-China VMS pipeline leveraging support from cross function teams both in local & global to deliver initiatives on time and on quality with the objective to 5X business in next 5years
- Support Global innovation development by providing guidance on local consumer and market insights.
- Competitive and market data analysis to support growth strategy as well as daily operations .
- Team management
- Multiple stakeholder management, global leaders, cross functional teams, JV partner, local cross functional teams, external partners.
- Understand global category & cross functional organization and local operation model, to facilitate effective & efficient project management with global and local cross functional teams.
- Successor and talent development.
The experience we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree mandatory , major in Marketing, commercial, business management
- 4 years of brand management experience, including product innovation and brand building in consumer goods. Mastery of MNC Innovation development process is a must, including ideation, concept validation, product development, commercialization based on in-depth business understanding and consumer insight.
- Category 0-1 innovation experience with OEM experience is highly preferred.
- Project management skills involving high complexity, e.g., different location, global team, local team with different cross functions and various key stakeholders.
- Highly self-motivated. A problem solver. Can-do attitude & strong resilience and high agility.
- Hands on, attention to details with clear priority setting.
- Excellent or native in both written & verbal Chinese and English is a must. Strong communication and people skills, with ability to influence and drive collaboration at a local China level and on a global level.
- Strong business acumen and understands financial principles. Curiosity for new product/technology trend will help.
