About the role

IT partner of the business focusing both on the strategic and tactical needs of China to activate their technology investments & advance business value through digital.

Her/his primary focus will be managing the IT&D relationship with every department, complete IT projects (whether local or global), solve users' day-to-day IT problems.

Your responsibilities

1.IT&D BA - China is a key role in the GC+NA IT&D organization, responsible for managing the needs of local users while fully communicating with global teams.

2.IT&D BA - China will be responsible for project implementation of local user requirements, and accountable for driving global projects deployment. She/he will establish good cooperative relationships with other departments, listen to their needs, and implement excellent project management to meet user expectations. In addition, this role will lead and drive the implementation of AI‑driven digital projects for China.

3.IT&D BA – China requires experience in HR system implementation. He/she masters core module business logic & configuration (Org HR, Compensation & Performance, Attendance & Recruitment), familiar with interface integration & data governance (HR/OA/financial systems), and capable of independent requirement research, solution design, system optimization & troubleshooting.

4.The role is based in Shanghai, China. IT&D BA - China will collaborate with various departments to jointly promote the progress of IT&D projects, not only to implement the headquarters' requirements for IT construction in China, but also to seek resources from local sources to meet the needs of local users.

The experience we're looking for

The IT&D BA – China will need to build relationships (virtually and in-person) with every department of China.
IT&D BA – China must be confident to guide and challenge the thinking of leaders through superior communication and presentation skills.
Familiar with leading large language models (LLMs), with basic LLM deployment and AI-assisted programming skills; able to deploy and operate OpenClaw.
Knowledgeable in AI agents, RAG, and enterprise AI best practices.
Oversight on the project management with enough process understanding to present solutions to business teams, whilst equally articulating problems to technical or delivery teams. He or she is to develop a strong understanding of and actively exploit the benefits of key applications used in Reckitt.
Ensure global technical and information standards are always implemented and complied with.
Having ERP capabilities, SAP experience and implementation capabilities are preferred.
Good listening, speaking, reading and writing skills in English; Use English as working language.
Attitude and aptitude to thrive in a fast-moving, demanding, dynamic and ambiguous environment, with the personal integrity to make positive change and continuously look for improvement opportunities.
