About the role

IT&D BA – China Supply Service is a key role in the GC+NA IT&D organization, responsible for managing the needs of local users while fully communicating with global teams.

IT&D BA - China will be responsible for project implementation of local user requirements from both Manon and Reckitt China, and accountable for driving global projects deployment. She/he will establish good cooperative relationships with leaders from various departments, listen to their needs, and implement excellent project management to meet user expectations.

IT&D BA – China Supply Service requires experience in ERP systems, especially SAP or JDE. He/she needs to have the ability to collaborate with global teams to implement SAP projects in China.

Your responsibilities

1.IT&D BA - China will be responsible for project implementation of local user requirements from both Manon and Reckitt China, and accountable for driving global projects deployment. She/he will establish good cooperative relationships with leaders from various departments, listen to their needs, and implement excellent project management to meet user expectations.

2.IT&D BA – China Supply Service requires experience in ERP systems, especially SAP or JDE. He/she needs to have the ability to collaborate with global teams to implement SAP projects in China.

3.IT&D BA – China Supply Service will be responsible for the expenses and plan/forecast of the IT&D department in China. Ensure that the annual expenses are within the plan/forecast.

4.The role is based in Shanghai, China. IT&D BA - China will collaborate with various departments to jointly promote the progress of IT&D projects, not only to implement the headquarters' requirements for IT construction in China, but also to seek resources from local sources to meet the needs of local users.

The experience we're looking for

The IT&D BA – China Supply Service must be confident to guide and challenge the thinking of leaders through superior communication and presentation skills.
Oversight on the project management with enough process understanding to present solutions to business teams, whilst equally articulating problems to technical or delivery teams. He or she is to develop a strong understanding of and actively exploit the benefits of key applications used in Reckitt.
Sound judgment and strong IT and supply acumen: persistent and focused on the best possible outcome for Reckitt and aligning outcomes to the business goals; In line with agreed plans ensure successful delivery of local and global projects.
Ensure global technical and information standards are always implemented and complied with.
Having ERP capabilities, SAP experience and implementation capabilities are preferred.
Good listening, speaking, reading and writing skills in Chinese and English.
Attitude and aptitude to thrive in a fast-moving, demanding, dynamic and ambiguous environment, with the personal integrity to make positive change and continuously look for improvement opportunities.
