About the role

The role is responsible for managing an Indirect Supply spend portfolio at Taicang site and R&D spend portfolio across Greater China, with a particular focus on strategic project capex investment and R&D operation. It works closely with cross functional teams to ensure effective sourcing and supplier management. This role plays an important part in building strong, innovative suppliers that support strategic project investment and R&D new innovation.

Your responsibilities

-Develop and implement sourcing strategies for Greater China Indirect supply and R&D in alignment with regional and global procurement objectives.
-Partner with cross functional and country teams to optimize cost, delivery, quality, and service across the managed indirect portfolio.
-Manage supplier selection, development, negotiation, and contracting in line with Reckitt standards.
-Lead and manage tendering process following global and China indirect spending Policy.
-Support COP and NWC improvement and ensuring delivery of project & operation on time.

The experience we're looking for

-Indirect Category Management experience; project capex/ R&D operation preferred.
-Experience leading complex, cross functional tendering projects.
-Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, Business, or related fields;
-Experience working in a fast moving, results driven, team-spirit global environment.
-Strong negotiation and relationship building skills
- Well-developed analytical abilities, sensitive in data management
-Fluent in English and Mandarin.
