About the role

You will support analytical testing services, test method development, test method validation, and stability studies for developed products. Working closely with the R&D Senior Associate, you will contribute to building and maintaining a world-class analytical laboratory that meets GMP, ISO, and regulatory requirements, enabling high-quality and timely product development outcomes.

Your responsibilities

  • Performing analytical testing and laboratory preparation activities according to assigned tasks.
  • Supporting development, verification, and validation of analytical test methods for New Product Development.
  • Generating, recording, and reporting accurate experimental data from routine tests.
  • Writing and maintaining laboratory documentation, including test methods, SOPs, protocols, and reports.
  • Ensuring analytical equipment is maintained in good condition and calibrated according to schedules.
  • Supporting technology transfer of analytical methods during site transfer activities.
  • Managing stability study activities, including sample inventory and nonconformance handling.
  • Complying with GMP, ISO 13485, ISO/IEC 17025, and regulatory requirements.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Carrying out other duties as assigned by the line manager.

The experience we're looking for

• Experience in an analytical laboratory under ISO 13485, ISO/IEC 17025, or GLP.

• Hands-on use of wet chemistry, pH, Viscosity, HPLC, FTIR and related techniques.

• Strong GMP and documentation practices.

• Experience supporting stability studies.

• Strong safety and EHS awareness.
