About the role
Shanghai CoE – 24 months
As Project Site Support, you will play a vital role in supporting the successful implementation of a global LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) solution at Reckitt’s Shanghai new, flagship CoE site. Working closely with the Site Lead and cross-functional teams, you will ensure a smooth rollout that enhances standardisation, compliance, and efficiency in our R&D operations.
Supporting the Shanghai CoE phase of Reckitt’s global LIMS implementation, you will help drive digital transformation in R&D. Your role will bridge the gap between IT&D and business teams, ensuring alignment with both local site needs and global strategy.
This role is critical in ensuring that local laboratory teams receive the necessary hands-on support, system validation is effectively managed, and end users can seamlessly adopt the new LIMS platform. You will essentially help unlock the full potential of LIMS within the Reckitt R&D ecosystem.
Your responsibilities
- Supporting the LIMS project for R&D labs in Shanghai, ensuring alignment with the global rollout.
- Adhering to the Reckitt project management framework to maintain consistency and governance.
- Collaborating with central IT&D and business teams, contributing to cross-functional implementation efforts.
- Working with business teams and vendors to ensure on-time deliverables and successful system adoption.
- Writing and reviewing validation deliverables, including requirements documents and testing deliverables for the Shanghai site.
- Managing end-user and subject matter expert testing, tracking completion, and addressing deviations/issues.
- Supporting the Site Lead to ensure essential resources are available when needed for the project.
- Supporting the development and adoption of the local Quality Management System (QMS), including associated processes and documentation
