About the role
We are recruiting a R&D PDM assistant to lead and/ or support R&D projects and maintain existing product on Market for relevant categories (germ protection) included but not limited to:
- Support R&D projects and product launch including but not limited to developing formula, designing specifications and manufacturing processes, qualifying of raw material and supplier. And maintain product in product life cycle.
- Ensure that all documentation and tasks comply to Reckitt operation model requirements, are conducted in a safe, compliant, high quality and timely manner.
- Ensure that TPL is kept up to date with progress of tasks and flag any challenges, risks or deviations as soon as possible
- Support associate with data & documentation evaluation as required.
- Maintain R&D laboratory and equipment.
Your responsibilities
- Designing/conducting laboratory work on formulating and scale up activities e.g., industrial trial and process validation.
- Dedicated resource for germ protection projects. Communication with cross functional team to deliver new and maintain existing products to the markets.
- Maintaining product developing data/system including but not limited to TDS, change control, RM information etc.
- Maintaining laboratory and equipment (including validating, calibrating and cleaning etc.)
- Managing the documentation and records. Ensure data integrity on all the data record process.
- Complete the other tasks within job responsibility.
The experience we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree or above. Graduated in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related. Or technician Certificate/Associate Degree or Diploma
- Good formulation knowledge and understanding of chemical interactions
- Good laboratory capability to conduct lab/pilot scale experiments, and for chemical analysis
- Good writing and speaking English and good presentation skills
- Proven project management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record in active collaboration with internal & external R&D and non-R&D functions
- Awareness of quality, sustainability and regulatory standards
