About the role

Reckitt China Germ protection business has been growing very fast during the past few years majorly via meaningful and successful innovation projects. To keep the sustainable growth in Germ Protection category in China, quite a lot of new innovation projects has been planned in both of short and long term pipelines.

This new position will play an important role in supporting and facilitating the innovative project/product development and be a big part of the whole RD innovation team to support and help team members to successfully deliver the innovative projects/products with good quality and within the aligned timeline.

Your responsibilities

Lab work including sample preparation and testing
Communicating and coordinating with EMOs, inhouse factories, 3rd party testing agencies and etc on project basis
Documentation work such as testing/stability protocols and reports and etc
RD/technical system set up and completion such as TDS, CARA and etc
Lab management including EHS, 5S, equipment validation/calibration/maintenance and etc
Assisting line manager on project management

The experience we're looking for

Positive mindset and self motivation to strive for success
Hard working attitude
Willing to accept and start from basic work such as experiments in lab
Good learning ability and willingness to learn new things
Good agility and flexibility for changes
Sufficient English to deal with daily work
Working in FMCG related companies or graduating from chemical related majors
