About the role

The role is responsible for managing an Indirect Commercial spend portfolio across Greater China, with a particular focus on marketing spend and commercial fixed costs. It works closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure effective sourcing and supplier management. The role leads key regional initiatives and selected projects that may later expand into broader Regional‑level consolidation. It plays an important part in building strong, innovative suppliers that support business growth and competitiveness.

Your responsibilities

-Develop and implement sourcing strategies for Greater China Indirect Spend in alignment with regional and global procurement objectives.
-Partner with cross‑functional and country teams to optimize cost, quality, and service across the indirect commercial portfolio.
-Manage supplier selection, development, negotiation, and contracting in line with Reckitt standards.
-Drive supplier performance improvements and manage risks and opportunities across the supply base.
-Support COP and NWC improvement and ensuring strong commercial governance.

The experience we're looking for

-Indirect Category Management experience; Marketing/CFC exposure preferred.
-Experience leading complex, cross‑functional sourcing projects.
-Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, Business, or related fields;
-Experience working in a fast‑moving, results‑driven global environment.
-Strong negotiation and relationship‑building skills
-Fluent in English and Mandarin.
-Willingness to travel.
