ポジション概要

レキットジャパンの営業として、担当エリアのキーアカウント（顧客）を管理し、同社製品の売上と利益を最大化する。また、セールスマネージャーを補佐し、事業目標および営業目標の達成に向けて連携・協働する。

主な業務

担当顧客に対する売上目標およびKPIの達成
顧客ニーズ、ブランド戦略、消費者ニーズに基づき、顧客ごとにWin-Winの戦略を立案し、顧客とのパートナーシップを構築する
インセンティブなどのリソースを効果的に活用し、会社のPLに貢献する
優先度の高い製品（MSL = Must Sell Stock lines）の消費者への露出を最大化する
製品・ブランドの動向に関する市場状況をセールスマネージャーに提供する
顧客からの既存製品に関する問い合わせに迅速、効果的、正確に対応する
顧客からの問い合わせに対し、適切な製品の選択、サンプリングを行い、それに応じた見積りを提供する
強力なロイヤルティを構築するため、顧客との効果的な関係を構築し、その維持に努める。
タイムリーかつ適切な売掛金の回収
販売、価格、契約、支払いの合意
納期やアフターサービスに関する顧客への連絡
必要に応じてセールスマネージャーを補佐する

求める経験

FMCG（消費財）または関連業界における営業経験（3年以上）
小売本部バイヤーとの商談経験
