Your responsibilities

• 新製品・既存品の変更・プロモーション品等の開発時のリスクアセスメント、開発チームとのプロジェクト会議
• 既存品の品質改善プロジェクトのマネジメント
• 海外製造工場と品質規格の取決め、国内委託工場と品質仕様の取決め
• 製品規格書・仕様書・手順書等の製造に必要な文書の確認・承認、記録類の進捗管理
• 生産立ち合い、初回生産品の品質検査
• 新製品・変更品の市販後品質トレンドの分析
• KPI管理による品質システムの改善（データ取得、傾向分析、課題追跡、結果レポート）
• 製造拠点との原因分析調査、CAPA実施の調整
• 消費者や顧客からのクレームに関する品質調査・報告対応
• 規制対象製品の月次品質レポート作成
• 倉庫、工場、サプライ間の生産/入荷時の品質問題対応

The experience we're looking for

• ヘルスケア、衛生、もしくは製薬業界における製造関係の業務経験
• 品質/品質システム関連の業務経験
• 化学、薬剤師、もしくは工学関連の領域経験                          
• GMP/GQP/GDPなどの日本の法的規制や業界水準についての知識

The skills for success

• PCスキル（Word, Excel, PowerPoint 中級レベル）
• 英語読解力（中級レベル）※読み書き必須
• 英語会話力（中級レベル）※海外との会議あり
