Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online.
Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success.
We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.
About the role
Embark on an impactful journey with Reckitt as our next Account Manager, where your expertise will catalyse our international sales operations. This position is pivotal for those who are passionate about fostering global market growth and building robust relationships with international clients. You'll be orchestrating strategies to elevate our global presence, adhering to export regulations with finesse, and working collaboratively across departments to streamline export activities. Your responsibilities
Develop and execute account activity plans aligned with business objectives for LKA clients in Istanbul and Ankara.
Manage and track budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of trade investments and cost control.
Drive effective implementation of 4P (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) strategies across all assigned accounts.
Execute trade marketing and marketing initiatives at field and shelf level in line with company guidelines.
Lead, coach, and manage a team of Account Executives to deliver on performance targets and KPIs.
Act as the key liaison between headquarters and field sales teams, ensuring clear communication and flawless execution within the TLC channel.
The experience we're looking for
3–5 years of experience managing Local Key Accounts, preferably within a distributor-led environment.
Proven track record in trade marketing execution and field sales operations.
Experience in leading and developing small teams in a commercial setting.
Strong understanding of FMCG dynamics, customer management, and in-store execution.
Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Highly organized, analytical, and capable of managing multiple stakeholders effectively.
