Your responsibilities

•    Strengthen the company’s position as an Employer of Choice by shaping attraction, retention, and engagement strategies.
•    Build strong partnerships with functional leaders, supporting them in developing leadership capabilities and organizational bench strength.
•    Co-create functional people plans aligned with business strategy to ensure the organization has the right talent for short-, mid- and long-term goals, while also facilitating talent review and succession planning cycles to identify high potential employees and create tailored development tracks.
•    Partner with managers and employees to enhance workplace relationships, improve morale, and drive productivity and retention.
•    Collaborate with centres of excellence (TA, rewards, etc.) to ensure effective execution of talent acquisition, compensation, performance, and development processes.
•    Act as a change agent supporting organizational change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions during periods of growth, restructuring, or cultural shifts.
•    Lead employer branding initiatives and oversee internship & graduate programs to build a strong early talent pipeline.
•    Ensure all HR practices comply with local labour legislation and internal policies.
•    Contribute insights, analysis and recommendations to broader HR strategy and organizational development initiatives.
•    Utilize HR analytics to identify trends, provide data-driven insights, and measure the impact of HR initiatives on business performance.
•    Identify opportunities for performance and process improvement through internal diagnostics and external best-practice research.
•    Design and facilitate workshops, trainings and internal events that support organizational capability building and engagement.
•    Help operationalize the organization’s core values, ensuring they are embedded into the entire employee lifecycle and drive daily behaviours and decision-making within an established / well placed culture.

The experience we're looking for

•    Min. 4 years of experience in HR
•    Proven HR experience in a dynamic, fast-paced setting with a focus on strategy and talent development .
•    Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of an organisation.
•    Solid understanding of labour legislation with a commitment to diversity and inclusion
•    Strategic acumen paired with digital literacy and data-informed decision-making capabilities
•    A genuine coaching style that encourages growth and professional development
•    Good command of verbal and written English
•    Analytic and structured thinking ability
•    Flexible, highly motivated and result oriented
