Your responsibilities
Provide day‑to‑day legal advice and support to Reckitt Benckiser business units, partnering closely with the Head of Legal & Compliance Officer to deliver legal excellence
Act as the legal advisor for advertising and marketing activities, including review of packaging, product claims, TV and digital materials, storyboards, and responses to regulatory challenges
Lead and contribute as the legal representative on cross‑functional projects (e.g. Data Protection, Contract Management), coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure effective implementation
Support a broad range of compliance matters, including antitrust, data protection, sanctions, anti‑bribery and corruption, and interactions with healthcare providers
Serve as the local legal lead for Turkey, ensuring corporate secretarial compliance, document management, and engagement with relevant authorities
Provide legal support on intellectual property matters, working with Global IP/Trademark teams and external counsel on trademarks, enforcement, anti‑counterfeiting, and related disputes
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial contracts, including sales, distribution, supply, procurement, logistics, services, confidentiality, and equipment agreements
Deliver commercially pragmatic legal advice, legal training, standard templates, and process improvements; manage disputes and litigation, monitor FMCG legal developments, and enforce company policies and procedures
The experience we're looking for
Qualified lawyer (TK or equivalent) with 4–5+ years of strong post‑qualification experience in the relevant jurisdiction
Excellent legal advisory and drafting skills, with the ability to present complex issues clearly and pragmatically
Proven experience providing commercial, solutions‑oriented advice, particularly supporting marketing and sales activities
Ability to learn and master new legal and regulatory topics quickly, while managing a varied and evolving workload
Demonstrated hands‑on, self‑starter mindset, comfortable prioritizing competing demands and meeting tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
Experience advising within regulated industries such as healthcare, pharmaceuticals, consumer health, OTC products, cosmetics, life sciences, food supplements, or homecare—ideally in a multi‑jurisdictional setting
Exposure to legal and compliance matters including consumer products, data protection, and/or healthcare compliance is highly advantageous
Strong stakeholder‑management and collaboration skills, with high integrity, a team‑oriented approach, and fluency in English
