Your responsibilities

A logistics intern monitors warehouse inbound and outbound processes

Checks stock movements in the system

Prepares daily and weekly operational reports

Supports transportation planning

Tracks whether shipments depart on time

Coordinates with suppliers, warehouse teams, and carriers Investigates delayed or problematic shipments

Observes and supports warehouse floor operations

Follows KPIs and contributes to performance reporting

Takes part in process improvement initiatives

Attends meetings and prepares presentations when needed

Learns how end‑to‑end operations function

Tracks projects, reports project progress, and coordinates with relevant teams

The experience we're looking for

Currently studying in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or International Trade and similar departments

Advanced proficiency in Excel

Strong analytical thinking skills and ability to work with data

Strong communication skills

Ability to work effectively in a team

Strong planning and organizational skills

Willingness to learn and ability to adapt quickly

Ability to read and understand English

Interest in supply chain, logistics, or operations

Willingness to engage in process tracking and reporting

Discipline to follow and support project tracking

Ability to work in both field and office operations
