About the role

Your responsibilities

• Execute create&changes to SAP master data (e.g. customer masterdata, customer hierarchy creation&update, Vendor masterdata, Pricing Setups) as approved by the business, Keeping business updated

• Good knowledge on Vendor (Supplier) and Customer enrichments steps

• Ensure data quality, compliance and consistency of master data across business systems,

• Support the business with required procedures, submit incidents and change requests when needed,

• Assist business process experts in defining standard operating procedures, process flows and related documentation.

• Coordinate customer and vendor master data setup, validations and periodic maintenance,

• Perform mass updates on master data changes,

• Work with business units and process experts to resolve master data issues,

• Participate in projects and initiatives across multiple functional areas and regions,

• Ensure alignment with global and regional Reckitt standards and services provided to the business,

• Keep the SAP data clean always,

• Development and delivery of training material to end users on data standards, giving training to new joiners

The experience we're looking for

- Background in data science, with a keen ability to source and interpret data.
- Proven track record in managing complex IT or cybersecurity projects.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity practises, including firewalls, intrusion systems, and security event management.
- Excellent communicator, capable of engaging diverse stakeholder groups and articulating technical risks to non-technical audiences.
- A proactive approach to personal development, staying informed about the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Solid foundation in analytics, data governance, and establishing digital strategies within an organisation.
