Your responsibilities

In summary, you'll:
Ownership and full understanding of all dimensions of the P&L
Developing deep understanding of business with focus on company strategy, customer/brand investment strategies
Business Partnering for commercial teams requiring exceptional business acumen and financial knowledge
Acting as a point of contact for Key Account Managers regarding their trade budgets
Sales promotions approval, evaluation and review; challenging KAMs to attach evidence and verification of documentation,
Regular Trade Spend accruals reviews; ensure trade conditions reflect sales contracts,
Archiving Sales contracts
Support during audit process (external & internal)
Managing month end close activities,
Internal reporting in local dimension,
Preparation of reports, presentations and analysis designed to communicate selected financial data to the stakeholders.
Support and challenge commercial teams in analysis, recommendations and implementations of business decisions related to sales, with focus on Trade Investment
Play key role in driving actions for enhancing margins, lead projects and be responsible for full delivery of the results
Lead Financial dimensions of Planning / Forecasting process for Sales
Build and maintain proactive and positive interaction with business leaders to ensure effective working relationships with focus on delivery of financial results

The experience we're looking for

  Educational background in Finance / Economics
  3 to 5 years of experience in Commercial Controlling with focus on business partnering to sales (FMCG preferred)
  Very good knowledge of English required
  Advanced knowledge of Excel
  Experience / Knowledge of SAP ERP system, Siebel, SAP Analytical Cloud will be additional advantage
  Excellent business acumen and commercial understanding, customer and market knowledge
  Ability to support and challenge commercial teams in achieving financial commitments and influence business decisions
  Dynamic problem solver with a high result orientation
  Excellent communicator able to build strong  working relationships
  Excellent analytical and financial modelling skills
  Strong attention to details and ability to work with large amount of data
