About the role

Embark on an enriching journey as a Treasury Specialist at Reckitt - a role that offers more than just numbers. You will be handling all incoming and outgoing banking transactions on behalf of the company, submiting periodic reports detailing the company's present financial situation.

Your responsibilities

In summary, you'll:

  • Managing daily cash balances, daily bank account management and the initiation of bank transfers
  • Preparation of internal and bank requirements for loans, funds transfers, FX purchase and other transactional banking needs.
  • Managing all payment processes with Global cash management team
  • Bank account and users’ maintenance which includes securing internal approvals, coordination with legal and banks.
  • Supports the audit processes and prepares and provides responses bank related processes to tax auditors and other auditors
  • Performs of banking transactions
  • Preparing, updating and presenting daily/weekly/monthly cash-flows of the company
  • Active role in month closings and reconciliations
  • Maintain an efficient system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over treasury activities and provide support for regulatory reporting

The experience we're looking for

 

  • Good understanding of the business operations and accounting principles.
  • Maintain good working relationship with business partners.
  • Good understanding of Reckitt Operating Guidelines, Policies & Procedures.
  • At least 2-3 years professional experience in multinational FMCG company in similar roles
  • Good communication and analytical skills.
  • SAP knowledge
  • Problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
