About the role

Do you have a passion for artwork design and ensuring seamless, high-quality delivery? Do you bring strong project management capabilities and the ability to handle high volumes efficiently? As an Artwork Coordinator for the Intimate Wellness category (Veet), you will be primarily responsible for the timely and high-quality delivery of artwork to support the successful launch of innovation and base business initiatives across multiple markets. This is a global role in which you will collaborate with cross-functional teams across 40+ markets worldwide, acting as a key partner to ensure artwork is delivered on time and to the required quality standards. You will also serve as a primary point of contact for the Artwork Agency, ensuring effective collaboration and smooth delivery processes.

Your responsibilities

  • Act as a key partner to cross-functional teams, ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of artwork - act as the central point of contact for Brandworks and artwork coordination, liaising across Category Development Organization (CDO), Design, Markets (IMEX), Supply, and Packaging teams
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the external Global Artwork Reproduction Agency, ensuring effective collaboration and smooth delivery of artwork
  • Coordinate and prioritise Global Artwork Reproduction Agancy resources across global and local initiatives, managing the end-to-end artwork production process
  • Create or support the creation of pack copies in close collaboration with Brand teams
  • Lead briefing processes with external agencies for Master Artworks (MAWs) and Local Artworks (LAWs)

The experience we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in artwork/design creation and project management, with the ability to demonstrate strong expertise in artwork delivery
  • Experience working in a complex matrix organisation, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders across different functions, levels of seniority, and geographies
  • Proven ability to work effectively with external partners, particularly artwork agencies, to ensure high-quality delivery

  • Excellent project management capabilities, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to tight deadlines
  • Entrepreneurial and able to work autonomously

  • Ability to influence and collaborate with markets with varying levels of portfolio and brand maturity
  • The business language in Reckitt is English, therefore fluency in English is essential. Fluency in other language(s) is advantageous
