About the role

The DMB Delivery Manager role is a Supply Manufacturing role, part of the Digital Manufacturing team driving the Purposeful Digitalisation programme. Digitalisation is a key objective for Supply, this role is an opportunity to join a growing team that are critical for the digital transformation of our Manufacturing Facilities.

 

Working closely with the IT&D and Factory teams, the role is responsible for coordinating the delivery of the Digital Manufacturing Backbone (DMB) programme focused on factory digital infrastructure upgrades and the deployment of key applications. During the next 2/3 years the DMB programme will be delivered in all key Reckitt factories to significantly improve cyber security and resilience.

Your responsibilities

Programme Execution

  • Drive delivery of the DMB programme across multiple factories
  • Ensure execution discipline and compliance to project management processes
  • Collaborate and follow up with factory, engineering, IT&D, and digital teams to remove obstacles across all workstreams
  • Ensure clear prioritisation, milestone tracking, and delivery alignment

 

Programme Planning & Organization:

  • Develop and maintain structured and detailed programme plans and timelines
  • Ensure plans are aligned with decisions and execution
  • Identify and manage interdependencies across digital programmes, workstreams and sites
  • Drive effective use of modern programme management, planning and reporting tools (e.g. MS Project)
  • Support planning of central and factory resource
  • Support planning of financial plans and forecasts

 

Governance & Stakeholder Alignment

  • Ensure consistent application of governance and decision-making processes
  • Align stakeholders across Supply, IT&D, factories, and third-party vendors
  • Support escalation and resolution of critical issues
  • Partner with PMO to ensure all governance changes, updates and requirements are implemented into DMB

 

Communication & Reporting:

  • Ensure timely, clear and transparent reporting on progress, risks, and dependencies
  • Provide structured input to leadership and governance reviews
  • Drive visibility of programme performance and outcomes
  • Provide materials for townhalls, workshops and ad-hoc reviews/meetings

The experience we're looking for

  • 2–5 years’ experience in programme or project management
  • Experience working in factory or global manufacturing environments
  • Experience of digital IT/OT manufacturing systems
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Project/Project Management software
  • Experience working with x-functional teams, Supply, IT&D, Quality and Third-Party vendors
