This means driving supply reliability, forecasting precision, and supply agility across markets, while shaping the way Reckitt and Amazon work together as strategic partners.


Role summary:
The European Amazon Supply Excellence Lead is accountable for building a high-performing, regionally connected Amazon supply operation, translating global strategy into consistent, high-quality execution across EU markets, while elevating capability and eliminating fragmentation. This role drives coordination, execution and adapts to EU reality and feedback learnings. It is the layer between Global and EU markets. The role reports into the Global Amazon Supply Lead.

 

Location & travel: This position is based in the UK (Slough) and requires up to 25% travel

Your responsibilities

  • High ownership of Amazon service levels in the markets without direct accountability
  • Working closely with market supply teams to identify structural issues and E2E responsibility of service improvement projects
  • Coordinate EU market execution for Amazon (forecasting, events, availability)
  • Lead regional workstreams (4 pillars: eventing & forecasting, operational excellence supply network, customer engagement)
  • Partnering with product readiness pillar workstream Lead
  • EU PQV governance: act as the single EU point of contact with Amazon, ensuring markets apply global Amazon PQV governance consistently. Markets have ownership of analysis and fixes
  • Support markets in preparing for Top-to-Top, 30/60/90, and strategic Amazon forums
  • Identify best practices within EU, scale them across markets and act as escalation point for cross-market issues impacting EU performance
  • Partner closely with Global role to feed insights back into the global roadmap (feed EU insights, risks, proven practices into the Global Amazon Supply to shape standards and priorities)
  • Partner closely with Amazon EU teams to develop joint business plans and strive for operational excellence in the markets
  • Consistent execution across EU markets, reducing fragmentation and identifying and addressing gaps through shared practices, templates and focused support
  • Regional coordination for Amazon events, so factories receive clear and timely signals
  • Amazon KPI reporting and provide overview for management visibility

The experience we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in supply chain, eCommerce operations, or customer-facing logistics roles, with at least 2 years of direct Amazon account experience
  • Amazon experience: direct experience working on the Amazon account (as a vendor or seller side), with working knowledge of Amazon operational model, compliance expectations and how to navigate its processes (PQV, forecasting, event management, etc)
  • Change agent and challenger: experience challenging existing ways of working, driving change and landing new ways of working in complex settings
  • Customer service or supply chain background, ideally within CPG industry

  • Communication and simplification: able to translate complex supply topics into simple messages for commercial, supply and leadership audiences
  • Able to build structure in ambiguous environments: able to set priorities, to design workstreams, and drive accountability across markets
