About the role

Elevate your career to new heights as the Finance Manager - FP & A within the innovative team at Reckitt. Here's an opportunity to utilise your flair for number crunching to play a crucial role in steering our financial strategy. If you have an eye for detail and a knack for precision, this is your chance to become an instrumental part of our decision-making process. Your insights will help chart our course through complex fiscal landscapes, highlighting pathways to sustained growth and profitability.

Your responsibilities


•    Review, analyse and draw insights from actuals, the latest forecast and plan submissions to present to the FD & GM and GFLT across the entirety of the P&L and Balance Sheet.
•    Lead and Steer IBP process by setting the direction, key brands/ channels to review linking back to FC/PL presentations, Monthly Finance Reviews with Area and In-Market Action meetings.
•    Monthly Finance Review presentations working alongside the FP&A Controller to ensure best guidance is presented to the Area on the region’s financial opportunities and risks.
•    Lead Forecast/Plan Deck preparation responsible for accuracy across all slides and areas with a key focus on concise yet impactful insights, presentation and storytelling.
•    NRVA and GMVA analysis for NEU providing insights on volume/price dynamics and margin performance; ensuring key drivers are analysed, understood and presented to Area.
•    Key Fixed Cost analysis including Garden and corporate programs and historical comparisons.
•    Understand movements on Cash Flow, NWC and Balance Sheet including key drivers, historical analysis.
•    One Data, ensuring accurate financials at all times in PowerBI.

The experience we're looking for

-    Qualified ACA/CIMA with minimum 4-6 years PQE 

-    Commercial finance experience and FMCG desirable.
-    Experience in extremely competitive, fast moving environment Industries is appreciated.
-    Advanced MS Excel knowledge.
-    Good system direction and interaction (Fusion, MS Office, PowerBI, SAC).
-    Project management and ability to multi-task.
-    Good commercial understanding.
