About the role

This role offers an opportunity to contribute to financial planning, reporting, and performance insights within a global, fast‑moving business. As part of the Finance team, you will support business decision‑making through high‑quality analysis, forecasting, and close collaboration with senior stakeholders across functions and regions.

The role combines core FP&A activities with exposure to strategic planning and business partnering, making it well suited for a finance professional looking to deepen commercial impact and grow within a global organisation.

Your responsibilities

  • Own monthly financial reporting, forecasting, and planning activities for the Nutrition business unit.
  • Coordinate and support planning and forecast cycles, working closely with regional finance teams.
  • Manage short‑term forecasts and ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.
  • Consolidate and analyse financial plans, providing clear insights to senior finance leadership.
  • Prepare and present monthly actuals analysis, highlighting key drivers, risks, and opportunities.
  • Support financial consolidation and reporting processes at business unit level.
  • Contribute to finance simplification, standardisation, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Deliver ad‑hoc financial analysis to support business and leadership needs.

The experience we're looking for

  • Experience in financial planning, forecasting, reporting, or FP&A, ideally in a complex or international environment.
  • Solid understanding of financial statements and performance drivers.
  • Experience working with stakeholders outside of Finance (e.g. Commercial, Supply, Marketing).
  • Comfortable working with financial systems and data, with the ability to learn new tools and processes.
  • Ability to explain financial information clearly to non‑finance audiences.
