About the role

Reporting to the IT&D Supply Genesis Programme Lead, the IT&D Supply Genesis OCM Lead is responsible for leading organisational change management activities supporting the Genesis AI transformation programme across all of Supply.   

The role ensures successful adoption of AI-enabled capabilities by driving structured change management, communication, training, and user adoption initiatives across IT&D and supply stakeholders.  

The OCM Lead works closely with programme leadership, product teams, and business stakeholders to prepare teams for new ways of working enabled by Genesis solutions

 

Your responsibilities

Change Management Strategy 

 

  • Develop and execute the organisational change management strategy for Genesis 
  • Assess organisational impacts from new AI-enabled solutions 
  • Implement structured change frameworks to support adoption  

 

Communication & Stakeholder Engagement  

 

  • Develop programme communication strategies 
  • Create leadership communications and user updates 
  • Ensure consistent messaging across programme stakeholders  

 

Training & Capability Development  

 

  • Design and deliver training programmes for Genesis solutions 
  • Develop enablement materials, guides, and learning content 
  • Coordinate training sessions and workshops for users  

 

Adoption & Change Tracking

 

  • Monitor adoption metrics and user engagement 
  • Identify barriers to adoption and implement mitigation actions 
  • Report change readiness and adoption progress to programme leadership  

 

The experience we're looking for

Essential 

 

  • Strong experience leading organisational change management in large programmes 
  • Experience designing communications and engagement strategies 
  • Experience developing training and capability-building programmes 
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across global organisations 
  • Experience supporting technology or digital transformation initiatives  

 

Desirable 

 

  • Experience supporting AI or data transformation programmes 
  • Experience in procurement or supply chain transformation 
  • Experience applying change management methodologies such as Prosci or ADKAR
