Reckitt is searching for an SAP Business Process Owner like you; an innovative thinker armed with SAP expertise, ready to redefine efficiency in finance, supply chain, HR, and CRM. This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract where we need someone who is able to start in February 2026. Please also note this role requires international travel for 2 weeks at a time, roughly 4 times a year.
Your responsibilities
- SAP ECC implementation for a legacy JDE market covering procurement and accounts payable.
- Prepare and coordinate for PTP UAT testing from requirements gathered during BCA stage.
- Support super user during cutover and hypercare stage for SAP implementation liaising between market and central project team.
- Review local process variations to standard model in alignment with principles defined by the Global Process Owners (GPO) and review by Global Business Services (GBS) as appropriate.
- To minimise the number of ‘local’ process exceptions,
- To drive change management activities required by global finance initiatives,
- Provide process expertise to project teams re process in scope.
- Point of escalation for any process related change request from deployment teams
- Work with operating model & controls teams to ensure early identification of country variances to standard processes.
- Work with country teams to drive the implementation of pre-requisites and alignment to operating model.
The experience we're looking for
- Experience of a full lifecyle SAP ECC implementation
- Experience of working in a complex, matrix organisation with a global scope. FMCG experience desirable but not essential.
- Demonstrable knowledge understanding of End-to-End PTP process including ICO.
- Understanding and knowledge of procurement master data and data migration for a SAP implementation.
- Demonstrable ability to engage and manage different level stakeholders and multicultural audience/s through superior communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to deal with and manage conflict.
- Demonstrable ability to manage multi-layered project/s with inter-dependencies.
- Project Mgmt., 6 Sigma qualifications desirable but not essential
- In depth knowledge of SAP
- Openess to business trips (4 times a year in blocks of 2 weeks at a time)
