About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT & Digital Senior Program Manager – PLM to lead the delivery of our end-to-end Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) transformation.

In this role, you will oversee a complex portfolio of programmes spanning both legacy and future PLM landscapes, ensuring seamless delivery, strong governance, and clear visibility of progress and value. Working closely with senior IT&D and business leaders, you will play a critical role in evolving PLM into a true product-led capability, enabling innovation, compliance, and operational excellence across the organisation.

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity at the centre of a strategic digital transformation — shaping how products are developed, managed, and delivered across their lifecycle.

Your responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end PLM programme, ensuring delivery of projects and workstreams to agreed scope, timelines, and budgets
- Establish and maintain robust programme governance frameworks, including steering committees and executive reporting
- Manage programme financials, ensuring effective planning, tracking, and value realisation
- Develop and maintain integrated programme and workstream plans, ensuring alignment across delivery teams
- Define and track KPIs and OKRs to measure delivery performance and business value
- Identify and manage cross-functional dependencies across systems, platforms, and business processes
- Ensure compliance with IT&D quality standards and regulatory requirements (GxP) throughout delivery
- Partner with business and IT leadership to align delivery with strategic roadmaps and priorities
- Manage relationships with executive sponsors and external delivery partners, ensuring successful outcomes
- Lead and support delivery teams, providing guidance, direction, and oversight across programme execution

The experience we're looking for

- Extensive experience leading large-scale, complex digital transformation programmes, ideally within PLM or related domains
- Strong track record of operating in regulated environments (e.g. GxP) and ensuring compliant delivery
- Deep understanding of programme and product management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches
- Proven ability to manage programme governance, financials, risks, and dependencies across global, matrixed organisations
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior executives and cross-functional teams
- Experience working with external delivery partners and managing complex vendor relationships
- Strong leadership capability, with the ability to guide teams and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders
- Familiarity with PLM processes, product lifecycle environments, or FMCG/healthcare sectors is highly desirable
- Relevant qualifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent programme management certifications preferred
