As part of the Marketing team, you will support the team at the front line of strategic execution and at the centre of product delivery within a FTSE10 Company. And our dynamic, ownership-driven culture will bring the very best out of you, every day.

Your responsibilities

  • Support team in day-to-day management of brand budgets; using financial system ‘MyBuy’ to raise purchase orders and manage invoice requirements
  • Working with creative agencies to develop pack artwork for the UK using Global designs
  • Develop and organise Marketing materials
  • Manage samples stocks
  • Briefing and managing promotional merchandise design and sales collateral / documents
  • Updating monthly performance reports
  • Analyse competitor’s activities and make recommendations to the brand teams
  • Managing contracts and scope of work documents with suppliers/agencies
  • Supporting marketing functions with additional and ad hoc tasks as required

The experience we're looking for

  • Strong organisational skills
  • Self-starter with ability to work with multiple brand teams
  • Action-oriented and energetic, with a focused and pragmatic approach to problem solving
    Proficient on Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Word and Outlook
  • Ability to be trained on new systems quickly and use them independently.
