As part of our ongoing SAP global transformation, we're hiring in a new position to help with the growth of our business process team, focusing on SAP P2P.
P2P - SAP Business Process Owner

This is a strategic and challenging role deploying technologically driven PTP processes in SAP ERP system whilst working with various local business units and Shared Services and ensuring compliance with globally defined processes.
You'll be working alongside, Global Process Owners, Super Users, other functional SAP BPO’s and Solution Architects, Shared Service Managers to enable successful deployments and support country project teams with functional expertise of processes in scope of transition by supporting in business change assessment, testing and go live enabling a clear and error proof deployment.
Accountabilities:
- Structure, present and facilitate business change assessment workshops to identify country variances to the global operating model.
- Responsible to review, challenge and escalate change for approval as required.
- Lead Process design meetings (PODs)
- Review local process variations to standard model in alignment with principles defined by the Global Process Owners (GPO) and review by Global Service Managers (GSM) as appropriate.
- To minimise the number of ‘local’ process exceptions,
- To drive change management activities required by global finance initiatives,
- Provide process expertise to project teams re process in scope.
- On-going knowledge transfer into markets (factories, Hubs & Imex) and SSC on process changes/modifications
- Point of escalation for any process related change request from deployment teams
- Write, review, and sign off process documentation & SOP’s including country localisations.
- Work with operating model & controls teams to ensure early identification of country variances to standard processes.
- Work with country teams to drive the implementation of pre-requisites and alignment to operating model.
Key Challenges:
- Define and deploy global processes across the range of PTP to SAP markets.
- To develop processes that can match business requirements whilst at the same time delivering standard and consolidated benefits of a global process,
- Multiple system landscape and fragmented processes
- Multiple country deployment happening concurrently.
Qualification and experience:
- Experience of working in a complex, matrix organisation with a global scope. FMCG experience desirable but not essential.
- Demonstrable knowledge understanding of End-to-End PTP process including ICO.
- Demonstrable ability to engage and manage different level stakeholders and multicultural audience/s through superior communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to deal with and manage conflict.
- Demonstrable ability to manage multi-layered project/s with inter-dependencies.
- Project Mgmt., 6 Sigma qualifications desirable but not essential
- Knowledge of SAP
- Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA desirable but not essential
