​Corporate Communications & External Affairs​

Our communications and external affairs team are at the very heart of Reckitt's brand, purpose and products, bringing them to life around the globe for our employees, consumers, investors, governments and our suppliers.

About the role

We’re seeking a proactive and adaptable Personal Assistant who thrives on supporting and inspiring those around them. In this role, you’ll provide essential support to three Global Heads within our Corporate Communications function at our Head Office. Your responsibilities

In summary, you'll:

  • Personal assistant support in all organisation, communication, and administrative matters on a high level
  • Diary management including the booking and management of domestic & international travel via external portal system including visa applications where appropriate.
  • Responsible for arranging team meetings including managing all pre-reading, (sometimes attending & taking minutes in meetings), following up on outstanding actions. 
  • Manage expense report submission via the Concur Portal, monthly budget tracking via internal systems.
  • Invoice processing and establishing suppliers as required via Ariba Portal for the team. Raising PO’s as required
  • Coordinate general administrative and organisational matters, e.g. organising files; set up new starters; team holiday tracker; updating organisation charts.

The experience we're looking for

  • Extensive experience as a Personal Assistant, preferably at Executive/ GEC level and in a large fast paced company 
  • Self-starter approach, highly self-motivated and ready to take initiative and ownership
  • Strong experience in using Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to navigate smoothly within a complex global matrix organisation and manage tight deadlines
  • Ability to effectively and logically manage confidential and sensitive information
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Ability to travel occasionally to support off site planned events.
  • Strong numeracy, verbal and communication skills
  • Experience in overseeing budgets and expenses
  • Strong time-management skills and an ability to organise and coordinate multiple concurrent projects
