About the role

Support the planning, governance, tracking, and reporting of Global Business Services (GBS) Supply Chain transitions. The PMO ensures structured execution, adherence to timelines, and visibility of progress, risks, and dependencies across workstreams, in line with the GBS Migration Methodology.

Your responsibilities

  • Transition Planning & Coordination: Support development and maintenance of detailed transition plans (scope, milestones, timelines) aligned to the GBS Migration Methodology, Coordinate activities across Supply Chain workstreams (e.g., Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Customer Service)
  • Governance & Reporting: Maintain centralized tracking of milestones, deliverables, and KPIs in accordance with GBS standards, prepare and manage governance forums (daily/weekly/steerco updates), produce high-quality status reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders
  • Risk & Issue Management: Maintain RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) as per GBS Migration Methodology requirements, proactively identify risks/issues and drive follow-ups with owners
  • Data & Performance Tracking: Monitor transition progress vs. plan (timeline, volume migration, SLAs) against methodology milestones, track key transition metrics (readiness, knowledge transfer, service stability, hypercare), support data consolidation from multiple sources into a single view
  • Documentation & Standards: Maintain key transition documentation (plans, trackers, governance packs) in line with GBS Migration Methodology templates and standards, ensure adherence to defined transition stages, tollgates, and deliverables, support audit readiness and documentation control
  • Stakeholder Support: Work closely with Transition Leads, Tower Leads, and GBS teams to ensure methodology compliance, facilitate communication across onshore/offshore teams

The experience we're looking for

  • 3–6 years experience in PMO / project coordination (preferably in shared services or Supply Chain)
  • Strong understanding of structured project delivery frameworks; experience working with a defined transition/migration methodology is essential
  • Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project/Smartsheet/Planview (or similar)
  • Experience working with RAID logs, dashboards, and governance reporting
  • Experience managing multiple workstreams and deadlines simultaneously
  • Exposure to GBS/Shared Services transitions or transformations is preferred
  • Experience working in a global, cross-cultural environment is preferred
