Our Manufacturing Excellence team help us improve the efficiency, quality and safety of our manufacturing operations, and our Logistics Excellence team develop new and innovative ways to distribute our products to customers.

About the role

This will be a 12 month traineeship with a leading procurement organisation. At Reckitt, our Procurement Graduate Trainee Program is designed to accelerate your growth and empower you to make a real impact. This program offers a unique opportunity to learn, innovate, and lead within a dynamic global organization, setting the foundation for a successful career in procurement.

As part of our global procurement team - an integral driver of business performance - you will contribute to shaping business strategies and influencing decisions that enable Reckitt’s brands to thrive. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Manufacturing, HR, Logistics, and Finance to deliver value beyond cost, supporting initiatives that enhance sustainability, digital transformation, and supplier innovation.

 

Your experience will include exposure to:

  • Strategic Category Development – Supporting the creation and execution of sourcing strategies that align with business priorities including spend analysis, supplier segmentation and category planning
  • Supplier Partnership & Innovation – Engaging with external partners to negotiate pricing, negotiate contracts, unlock new opportunities, foster collaboration, and drive competitive advantage and sustainability.
  • Risk & Market Analysis – Leveraging market intelligence and supplier risk assessments to anticipate trends and mitigate supply chain disruptions.
  • Performance & Value Delivery – Contributing to projects that optimize total cost of ownership, track KPIs, and deliver measurable impact through continuous improvement and value creation.
  • Throughout the program, you’ll be guided by experienced leaders and mentors, gaining hands-on experience while building relationships with key stakeholders. This is more than a traineeship, it’s a platform to shape the future of procurement and help deliver Reckitt’s ambition for growth and sustainability.

What we ask:

  • Available to attend an assessment centre on 4th March 2026.
  • Availability for 12 months starting in early Sept 2026.
  • Bachelor degree in Procurement, Supply chain, Business, Engineering or related field.
  • Ideally one or more years of work experience in a related field (not essential).
  • Ability to work in a truly global organisation and fast-moving, result-driven environment.
  • Fluent in English. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • You are eligible to live and work in the UK, sponsorship is not available for these positions.

The application process will consist of the following:

 

Stage 1: Online application

Stage2: If you are chosen for the next stage you will be invited to complete an online assessment. This is a selection of questions and your answers will help us to assess your suitability to the position.
Stage 3: If you meet the criteria, you will be invited to complete a video assessment. This shouldn’t take too long however if you need assistance please do let us know.

Stage 4: This will be final stage for those who are selected and this will be an in person assessment centre with a selection of key hiring managers within the business. This will be held on the 4th March 2026 and times will be confirmed at a later date.
