Procurement

Our Manufacturing Excellence team help us improve the efficiency, quality and safety of our manufacturing operations, and our Logistics Excellence team develop new and innovative ways to distribute our products to customers.
About the role
At Reckitt, our Traineeship Program is designed to provide you the opportunity to Learn, Grow and Outperform in a competitive and motivating environment. Each role is part of a defined team where you will support the various Procurement team in the execution of strategies and buying activities related to the given categories of spend. This will include, depending on the category, activities like Spend analysis, Commodity Risk management, Benchmarking, Supplier management, Tender, Supplier Negotiation, Risks analysis, Stakeholder management, Projects coordination, supporting the Financial Forecasting & Budgeting Process, roll-out of Digital tool, support the Sustainability Program.
You will perform these tasks under supervision and coaching of your manager and the entire procurement team. You will be expected to building relationship with key stakeholders and external partners, delivering projects in line with targets, contribute to delivering our company ambition.

Key requirements:
- Availability for min. 6 months with start date in H2 2025.
- Master’s degree in Procurement, Supply chain, Business, Engineering or related field.
- Ability to work in a truly global organisation and fast-moving, result-driven environment.
- Fluent in English. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
