About the role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to be part of Project Garden – OD & Talent workstream, focusing on Organizational Development (OD) and be HR point of contact for other Garden workstreams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a proven track record in managing complex initiatives and ideally HR knowledge & experience. This role requires strategic thinking, high level of multiple stakeholder management and the ability to drive change across the organization. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for enabling programme governance cadence, managing day-to-day operational aspects, and ensuring project documentation is properly maintained.

 

This role can be remote and it is a long term project position (18 months).

Your responsibilities

Governance and stakeholder management:

  • Enables Programme governance cadence including agenda management, co-ordination of scheduling, and action capture and follow up
  • Ensures project documentation is properly maintained and updated including Business Readiness Tracker, Change Impact Log, and workstream reports
  • Be the point of contact and lead for HR topics/dependencies for other workstreams under Project Garden

 

Delivery/Execution:

  • Manages the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of the programme including progress reporting, dependencies, issues, risks, and escalations
  • Provide regular project status reporting to central Transformation Office. 
  • Maintain and update project plan milestones and deliverables 
  • Managing stakeholders, taking account of their levels of influence and particular interests
  • Identifying and monitoring programme risks,  planning and implementing responses to them and responding to other issues that affect the project 
  • Ensures that workstreams are adopting the ‘future state’ process

 

Risk Management:

  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

 

Performance Metrics:

  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track project progress and impact.

 

Reporting:

  • Reports on progress, results, and metrics to keep stakeholders informed and escalates risks and issues to respective stakeholders.

Experience in project management tools & processes
Expertise in programme governance cadence, stakeholder management, and maintaining project documentation.
Ability to manage day-to-day operational aspects, including progress reporting, dependencies, issues, risks, and escalations.
Experience in identifying and monitoring programme risks and implementing responses.
