About the role

As Senior HR Business Partner – Global Supply GBS & CSLP, reporting to the HR Director – Global Supply, you will play a critical dual-role position combining strategic HR Business Partnering and global transformation leadership.

You will partner directly with the Global Supply GBS and CSLP leadership teams to shape and execute the people agenda across a highly matrixed, global environment. At the same time, you will act as Senior HR Project Manager for the creation and deployment of the Supply GBS model, leading complex transformation initiatives across regions, factories, and GBS hubs.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role operating in a fast-paced and demanding environment with significant executive exposure. Success in this role requires resilience, agility, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to lead through ambiguity and change. In return, the role offers an exceptional opportunity to accelerate development through a unique combination of strategic HRBP leadership, transformation delivery, project management, and change management experience on a global scale.

You will be a trusted advisor to senior leaders, driving organisational effectiveness, workforce transformation, employee engagement, capability building, and change adoption while ensuring alignment with Reckitt’s business priorities, timelines, and culture ambitions.

Your responsibilities

  • Partner with Global Supply GBS and CSLP leadership teams to develop and execute strategic people plans aligned to business transformation priorities.
  • Lead all HR activities linked to the creation, transition, and deployment of the Global Supply GBS organisation, ensuring delivery against critical business timelines and milestones; drive end-to-end change management strategies, including organisation design, communication planning, stakeholder engagement, and change adoption activities across global teams.
  • Act as Senior HR Project Manager for key Supply transformation programmes, coordinating activities across regions, factories, GBS hubs, and functional teams and partner with leaders to build high-performing, engaged, and inclusive teams in a rapidly evolving and highly complex environment.
  • Provide strategic guidance and hands-on support on organisational change, workforce planning, talent management, leadership capability, and employee relations - ensure alignment and consistency of HR processes, governance, and communications across multiple geographies and stakeholder groups.
  • Lead and coordinate global employee and industrial relations activities related to transformation programmes, including partnership with local HR teams and effective engagement with unions and works councils where applicable.
  • Collaborate closely with Centres of Excellence and Area HR teams to deliver talent, learning, reward, DEI, and organisation effectiveness initiatives - use data, insights, and people analytics to support decision-making, track transformation progress, and measure organisational impact.
  • Support leaders in navigating complexity, ambiguity, and organisational change with strong commercial acumen and a solutions-oriented mindset; build strong relationships across senior stakeholders globally, influencing effectively across a matrix organisation and driving alignment on critical people decisions and transformation outcomes.

The experience we're looking for

  • Significant experience in HR Business Partnering within complex, fast-paced, global organisations.
  • Strong experience supporting senior leadership teams and operating effectively in highly matrixed environments.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale business transformation, organisational change, or GBS/shared services deployments.
  • Experience partnering across multiple regions, cultures, and stakeholder groups with the ability to influence at all organisational levels.
  • Strong employee relations and industrial relations experience, including exposure to union and works council environments across global markets.
  • Experience in Global Supply, manufacturing, operations, GBS, or transformation environments preferred.

The skills for success

  • Strong project management and change management capability with experience driving global implementation programmes.
  • Ability to operate effectively under pressure, manage competing priorities, and deliver results within demanding timelines.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, and influencing skills.
  • Commercially minded with strong organisational effectiveness and business partnering capability.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable people strategies.
