About the role
As Senior HR Business Partner – Global Supply GBS & CSLP, reporting to the HR Director – Global Supply, you will play a critical dual-role position combining strategic HR Business Partnering and global transformation leadership.
You will partner directly with the Global Supply GBS and CSLP leadership teams to shape and execute the people agenda across a highly matrixed, global environment. You will be a trusted advisor to senior leaders, driving organisational effectiveness, workforce transformation, employee engagement, capability building, and change adoption while ensuring alignment with Reckitt’s business priorities, timelines, and culture ambitions.
