About the role

Are you ready to become the cornerstone of our supply chain, ensuring our customers get what they need when they need it? As the European Lead for Third party Customer Service and Planning, your expertise will drive our production and purchasing of finished goods for the European market and you will provide invaluable insights into our supply dynamics. This is a complex and pivotal role, you will be both supplier and customer to a range of external and internal partners, acting as the single point of contact for both sides of the relationships.

Your responsibilities

  • Securing the highest possible service levels across the EU & ASEAN portfolio being produced at external factories and dedicated to 12 markets
  • Complete finished good inventory management within markets including regular stock replenishment, inventory mix optimization, management of excess and obsolete stocks, and cross market synergies
  • Leading operational meetings with internal and external stakeholders, including quality, procurement, and markets
  • Providing rolling forecasts to suppliers collected from internal markets
  • Sharing updated production plans with markets and aligning efficiencies across similar product productions
  • External customer demand and order management and subsequent order fulfilment
  • Reporting KPIs and service
  • Business support for financial plans and commercial delivery
  • Supporting the IBP monthly Process
  • Support the team with saving/efficiency opportunities
  • Support the implementation of new projects related to improving the supply chain, actively participate in ensuring that market dynamics are considered and ensuring that the transition/implementation takes place within the stipulated time and budget

The experience we're looking for

  • Relevant experience in demand planning & forecasting or supply chain customer service role in Consumer Product environments
  • Broader experience in Supply (logistics, customer services, manufacturing) preferred
  • High level expertise in Microsoft Office Excel and SAP
  • Proven ability to work and influence at multiple levels
  • Driven by a passion for customer service and an understanding of complex supply chains
  • Skilled in managing a diverse set of data and using it to make informed decisions
  • Able to collaborate across functions and influence without authority
  • Adept at forging strong relationships and building effective partnerships
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in supply chain planning and advanced data analysis
  • Committed to continuous improvement and excellence in business processes
