About the role

Are you a finance professional looking to bring your analytical thinking to a vibrant and forward-thinking company? As our new Finance Analyst you'll have the unique chance to contribute directly to the financial well-being of our operations. Your expertise will guide the financial management of our Factory, Supply, and Procurement functions, ensuring we run at peak efficiency. Your responsibilities

  • Support accurate VAT, Intrastat, and other statutory reporting  
  • Prepare monthly Trial Balance with all supporting documents  
  • Support Tax-related calculations, postings, and compliance activities  
  • Prepare GRIR/Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable and Net Working Capital reports  
  • Prepare Balance Sheet reconciliations with proper documentation  
  • Support internal and external audit processes  
  • Support statutory accounting under Danish, Swedish, Norwegian and Finish GAAP 
  • Prepare External Statistical Reports to authorities  
  • Support tasks performed by internal/external service providers 

The experience we're looking for

  • 3-4 years of experience in Audit / Accounting / Finance 
  • Ideally experience working in tax advisory or audit company 

The skills for success

  • Very good knowledge in SAP (or a comparable ERP system) 
  • Ideally Danish/Swedish tax knowledge 
  • Very good knowledge of MS-Office, especially Excel 
  • Good or advanced debtor/creditor accounting skills 
  • Project Management, Financial Reporting, Accounting principles, Financial Analysis and reporting.

 
Language:

  • High degree of fluency in English (writing and speaking) 
  • Ideally also fluent in Danish (or another Nordics language)

Nice to have:

  • Good knowledge in sales tax law/VAT  
  • University degree or equivalent, focus on accounting and tax 
  • ACCA or comparable qualification 
  • FMCG knowledge would be beneficial
