About the role
You’ll be responsible for Tax, Statutory accounting, Treasury and in charge of shared service management. This is the ideal step from Audit into Business as the Financial Controller is at the heart of all financial processes within RB Nordics. The role offers a wide span of control with a high degree of exposure to the commercial business. You will be responsible for all the four Nordic countries where we have a presence.
You will have the unique opportunity to shape the internal control framework within the Nordics. As well as interacting and managing the various shared service centres, which provide the transactional accounting activities. RB offers a fast paced environment and is known for its rapid career development. The next steps for the person that takes the Financial Controller role, could well be in Commercial Finance in or outside of the Nordic Region.
In the near future there are a number of engaging projects in which the financial controller will be leading and/or closely involved.
The Financial Controller reports directly to the Regional Financial Controller CEU with a dotted line to the Finance Director Nordics and will be managing two direct reports.
Your responsibilities
• External Audit and Statutory Reporting
• Internal controls management
• Management of shared service centres (PtP, RtR, OtC)
• Management of outsourcing partners (Payroll and Expenses)
• Treasury
• Taxation
• External reporting
• Project management
• Team Management (two direct reports)
• Responsible for Net Working Capital management
• Ownership of the Reckitt Nordics balance sheets
The experience we're looking for
QUALIFICATIONS – University / Master Degree
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS – 4-5 years of experience in Audit / Accounting / Finance

• Fluency in English and preferably fluent in one of the Nordic language
• Knowledge of IFRS accounting
• Preferably knowledge of and experience with VAT and Corporate tax regulations within Nordic region
