  • Own the development, execution, and performance tracking of trade marketing programs designed to increase in-store visibility, sales performance, and market share, ensuring alignment with the 4P strategy and broader business objectives.
  • Execute the annual Trade Marketing Plan, translating brand and category strategies into impactful customer and channel activation initiatives aligned with retailer calendars and category priorities.
  • Develop channel strategies and lead the execution of associated plans across retail and pharmacy channels, supporting the achievement of category and commercial objectives.
  • Prepare and manage promotional plans for key customers and channels, working closely with Sales teams to maximize commercial opportunities and business performance.
  • Leverage category, shopper, customer, and market insights to identify growth opportunities and develop actionable recommendations that support business objectives.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of promotional activities and trade initiatives, identifying opportunities to optimize performance and maximize return on investment.

The experience we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Category Management, Sales, or Marketing. (Experience within the FMCG or pharmaceutical industry would be considered a strong advantage).
  • Solid understanding of commercial execution, trade activation, customer marketing, and category growth principles.
  • Proven analytical capabilities, including the ability to translate consumer, shopper, customer, and market insights into actionable business plans and recommendations.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other business functions.
  • A proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset, combined with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
