About the role
As a Regulatory Associate, you’re at the forefront of shaping the synergy between our innovative products and the regulatory framework that guides them. Seeking a meticulous and proactive individual, this role offers you the chance to be the regulatory lead on pivotal projects, honing your communication skills, and nurturing robust partnerships — all while delivering critical tasks that influence our global presence. Your contributions will be impactful and meaningful, as you begin to navigate and influence the regulatory scenery that defines our industry.
Your responsibilities
- Ensure on-going regulatory and product safety compliance of Reckitt's existing product portfolio within the assigned Category segment(s) working across Nordic markets.
- Ensure compliance with marketing authorizations and legal requirements for artworks and promotional materials of detergents, biocides, chemical mixtures, and electrical devices.
- Implement regulatory strategies that enable the delivery of a pipeline of product innovation to meet country requirements.
- Provide local input to brand development and pipeline discussions.
- Maintain Regulatory databases and regulatory documentation.
- Local regulatory change control champion
- Communication with key local government agencies on registration topics.
- Maintain PSDS updated and make available to internal stakeholders as applicable due to legal requirements.
- Close collaboration with many functions such as marketing, sales, quality, safety to ensure the business operates in line with strategy.
The experience we're looking for
- minimum 2 years of experience in Nordic and EU chemical, detergent, biocide, and ecolabel regulations.
- BSc or MSc in a scientific discipline such as chemistry or biomedicine.
- Ability to work under pressure while ensuring high quality, task execution and adherence to deadlines.
- Advocacy skills
- Eagerness to collaborate, build partnerships, and continuously innovate.
- Technical skills working in databases and calculation sheets.
- Fluent in English and one of the Nordic languages – Danish or Swedish preferably.
