As a Regulatory Assistant, you’ll be at the forefront of our innovation and compliance efforts. Your responsibilities
Providing administrative and technical supporting the Nordic Regulatory and Safety team by:
- Registration of products in national databases
- Keep various internal regulatory systems up to date (GRAIS,
- CARA etc)
- Ensure www.rbeuroinfo.com is up to date
- Keep PSDS updated & available to internal stakeholders as per legal requirements
- Upload and download documents from Global Databases, such as SDS
- Managing common inbox requests
- Support on annual NR reporting
- Support on invoice handling related to Eco certifications
- Review application forms
- Archiving of project correspondence, submission to authorities
- Collect listing documentation SE/FI/NO/DK
- Monitor authority webpages for RI
- Keep various local regulatory trackers up-to-date
- Administrative support in regulatory SOP development
- Prepare reports and presentations as requested
- Support the team with translations
- Budget control / Commercial Fix Cost with close cooperation
- with the Head of Regulatory Nordics
- Control and processing invoices in SAP
- Creating POs
- Keeping department budget tracker up-to-date, workin a close cooperation with the Finance teams
- Pre-clearance of artworks (no approval right)
- Pre-clearance of promotional materials (no approval right).
The experience we're looking for
Education:
- Ongoing University Education, BSc or MSc in a scientific discipline such as chemistry, biomedicine or pharmaceuticals
Language:
- Fluent in Danish, a plus for any additional Nordic language usch as Swedish or Norwegian
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal skills).
IT:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Package
