About the role

Want to make our way in Supply Chain Management? At Reckitt, you'll have the freedom to gain hands-on experience with some of the world's most leading consumer products. With complete involvement from the first day, you’ll be fully included as part of our Customer Service Team. Here you will support the whole team but you can also contribute proactively.

This Student Worker position (20 h/week) is offered for a period of 12 months, possibly to be prolonged (to be decided individually).

Your responsibilities

Management of one customer
Support the team in day-to-day business, e. g. with analytics
Claims/price disputes processing and monitoring with 3PL and sales
Order processing
Collaboration in an international supply team
Processing of customer inquiries and complaints
Working with ERP systems (SAP)

You'll be a great for the team if you...

are a student or recent graduate from business school
are a disciplined, flexible thinker with a quick grasp of things
have great interpersonal and communication skills as well as a collaborative team spirit
are characterized by a high level of self-motivation and a “can-do”-attitude
are capable of managing multiple tasks under time pressure
have a bachelor's degree in economics or a similar course of study
speak English fluently (C1 level), additional Danish is considered as an advantage
are enthusiastic about the branded goods industry, in which you have ideally already gained supply chain experience

Previous work experience in an FMCG company is considered as an advantage.
