About the role

Fuel the future of our Maintenance Department as a Team Resource Manager, where you’ll lead the charge in driving world‑class performance at our St. Peters Manufacturing facility! In this high‑impact role, you’ll guide a skilled maintenance team, elevate equipment reliability, and keep our operations running at full throttle. You’ll own staffing, planning, scheduling, budgeting, and continuous improvement initiatives using TPM, predictive maintenance, and powerful CI tools. With hands‑on leadership and strong technical influence, you’ll shape a culture of excellence and innovation.

Your responsibilities

  • Oversee all maintenance activities, including personnel management, scheduling, planning, budgeting, and day‑to‑day execution.
  • Lead, train, coach, and develop the maintenance team while applying TPM, AM, PM, predictive methodologies, and CI tools (5S, SMED, FMEA, MBA).
  • Administer and supervise maintenance operations for assigned equipment and areas, ensuring effective preventive and planned maintenance programs.
  • Direct daily maintenance planning and technician oversight while upholding all Safety, Health, and Environmental policies.
  • Manage maintenance functions to support manufacturing needs and ensure responsible areas meet plant operating goals.

The experience we're looking for

  • Requires a bachelor’s or technical degree in an engineering or industrial field, along with demonstrated project management and leadership experience.
  • Must have 3–5 years of manufacturing experience in maintenance reliability within a TPM environment, including coaching or developing autonomous teams.
  • Involvement in plant Safety, Health, and Environmental management systems is expected.
  • Must demonstrate strong alignment with core values such as partnership, responsibility, achievement, ownership, and entrepreneurship, and be able to thrive in a challenging, fast‑paced environment.
  • This role does not offer VISA sponsorship, international movement or relocation services. 

The skills for success

  • Strong technical, troubleshooting, problem‑solving, and analytical skills (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC, TPM).
  • Skilled in facilitating and applying continuous improvement tools (TPM, 5S, FMEA, etc.).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • SAP proficiency for maintenance, planning, or reliability-related processes.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and influence others.
  • Ability to implement and sustain new systems or processes.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Self‑motivated, proactive, and detail‑oriented; demonstrates core values such as partnership, responsibility, achievement, ownership, and entrepreneurship.

US salary ranges

USD $77,000.00 - $96,000.00

US pay transparency

The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
