About the role
The Team Resource Manager is a key site leadership role responsible for driving safe, efficient, and high-performing manufacturing operations while leading teams, supporting employee development, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This role serves as a strategic partner in improving performance, building organizational capability, and helping the site achieve operational and business objectives.
Your responsibilities
- Lead and support day-to-day site operations to achieve safety, quality, service, productivity, and cost objectives.
- Drive site safety initiatives, monitor safety performance, and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and development for supervisors, line leads, and team members while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve operational performance, efficiency, quality, and overall site capability.
- Lead capital and site improvement projects from planning through implementation and support site leadership activities, including leading operations when needed.
- This role is not considering VISA sponsorship or offering relocation assistance.
The experience we're looking for

Background in manufacturing, packaging, distribution, or other operational leadership environments.

Proven track record of leading teams and driving operational performance in a production setting.

Hands-on involvement with troubleshooting industrial equipment and resolving mechanical or process-related issues.

Participation in continuous improvement, process optimization, or operational excellence initiatives.

Exposure to equipment installations, facility upgrades, or capital improvement projects.

US salary ranges
USD $70,000.00 - $88,000.00
US pay transparency
The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
